Role Fit: We may also have a brief practical exercise to see how you approach tasks relevant to the role.
Step 4: Interview Panel
Technical Roles: You'll have one or two more one-hour interviews, including a culture interview to see how you fit with our team.
Operations/Policy Roles: You'll have a one-hour interview to discuss your skills and fit with our team. We want to ensure that you’re not only skilled but also a great fit for our team.
Step 5: Offer
